December 11, 2022 - A Super Tuscan with a grape variety of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Syrah. Cassis, tobacco, plum, cherry, blackberry, leather, cedar, medium plus body, great long aftertaste.

September 23, 2022 - Consumed over 2 days, vacuvined and refrigerated, note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, deep garnet - little, if any, edge bricking. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with developing aromas of ripe dark fruit - plum and blackberry, leather, black olive, and licorice with hints of bell pepper. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid and tannin, medium+ intensity and body, 14.5% abv with developing flavors of ripe dark fruit - blackberry and plum, spice, and leather with a long finish. Overall an outstanding wine at, or near, peak. Excellent in all categories - balance, length, intensity, and complexity. Drinks well upon opening, as good or better on day 2. Drink now or over next 3-5 years.

February 28, 2022 - In a perfect spot right now, soft and balanced with perfectly ripe fruits and tannins without being overripe. Intense wine with a well dosed use of the wood.

February 28, 2022 - Very nice, warmer, richer and more acidity than bordeaux, or reminiscent of a topbordeaux in a warmer year (minus the acidity). Great bottle with a few years left
