Community Tasting Notes 2

October 29, 2018 - This might be just shut down, but just not a lot here - moderate acids, mild white pit fruit, a little caramelly note than suggests incipient oxidation. I wouldn't bet on holding this till it comes out of its shell. Too bad I generally like producer.

June 16, 2015 - Light to medium yellow; hay, flinty nose, some sweetness; quite lean and acidic, well tasting but probably too young currently, missing developed flavours, which seems to potentially be hiding there; nice, but wait!
