June 14, 2023 - from magnum - after about 40 mins in glass warming from 54F it hinted at the 60mins+ showing of maybe 7 distinct fruit flavors with a balancing smoke without spice but enough acid behind it with a 60 second+ finish which you don't want to end.
I liked this tasting so much that I bought another magnum to replace it right away.

December 11, 2020 - This is a very young wine with many good years ahead. Our mistake was not giving it a nice long decant; we only used a Vinturi. It started to show depth and character towards the end. The rich red and dark fruit was over powered by the tannins. Everything is there. it just needs time. I look forward to other bottles

Dov frukt i munkänslan, silkeslen, måttliga tanniner, snyggt integrerade, jord, rustik, steely structure, fin koncentration. Lagra mer. 14,5% alko. 94p

January 20, 2015 - Benvenuto Brunello 2015 (2010 Brunello di Montalcino) (Gotham Hall, NYC): The nose was herbal with tart red berry, fresh mint, and hints of cedar. On the palate, it was youthfully lean and structured with focused fruit. The tight finish showed dry red fruit and herbal hints. With time in the cellar, this should gain weight and momentum, making it a very classic expression of Brunello.
