Community Tasting Notes 1

January 24, 2016 - Gentle nose of cranberry, redcurrant and cinnamon. Tastes like strawberry, cranberry, maraschino cherry, and coffee along with a bit of a leafy, vegetal and hibiscus note. Still quite tannic, but the fruit and acid are well balanced.
