July 31, 2014 - Plenty of fine bead, good cloud of mousse. Crisp green apple & light citrus with notes of brioche & cashews. Fine drinking & bargain for what we paid.

An excellent way to start a meal &/or night(or day for that matter)!

Can see why Dan Buckle was hunted by Chandon.

July 5, 2014 - This is the third release of Blanc de Blanc from this iconic Grampians producer. The Chardonnay comes from the original Langi Vineyard that Trevor Mast originally planned to produce sparkling from, and even though still in it's youth you can see the potential for this wine.

The wine is a light yellow in colour with pristine citrus aromas with a faint touch of brioche complexity. The palate is lean and mineral with lemon pith and underripe stonefruits. The wine finishes with green apple and sherbet acidity that accentuates the length.

This is a wine that you can easily hide in your cellar like a vintage champagne.
