February 23, 2017 - Meget klassisk brunello med brun kant, kirsebær og tørhed/syre. Meget integreret tanniner (eller mangler de helt). Meget elegant og let drikkelig med en fin duft. Savner struktur men nød vinen meget. Prisen er lidt høj i forhold til hvad man ellers kan få til samme pris.

September 2, 2014 - Glengarry Grand Tasting - Day 2; 9/1/2014-9/2/2014 (Glengarry Wines and Spirits, Victoria Park, Auckland, New Zealand): Lighter hue than the Cecchi 07. Young and animal. Some pepper - needs time in bottle to develop aroma.Very similar wine making to the 07 - just lighter and younger. Both wines display generous oak which departs a sweet, modern and approachable feel.

August 12, 2014 - Medium/deep ruby/garnet core, pale garnet rim. Moderately intense nose, showing strawberry fruit, spice, some sulphur. Medium/full on the palate, has some nice, if slightly unusual, sweet strawberry fruit, spice, touch sulphur again, fine tannins, medium/god length finish. Fell apart day 2.
