October 13, 2014 - "Mediocre" is such a disparaging term... I prefer "unassuming", or maybe "modest". Yeah, this isn't a world class Sauvignon Blanc and wouldn't be mistaken for a Dagenau creation. On the other hand, it's a sub-$10 wine that has no offensive characteristics - it was a decent accompaniment to a light meal of stir fried veggies. A good everyday value.

July 22, 2014 - This is a thoroughly mediocre wine, but one that can be enjoyably consumed when distracted by, say, a huge pile of oysters.

July 13, 2014 - Simple. Crisp. Steely. Citrus and a touch of saline. Slight nuance and subtle detail on the back end. Not going to blow anyone's mind, but a good backyard/picnic group quaffer. An easy $7.99 recommend for summer refreshment.
