  May 7, 2016 - Pale yellow color. Somewhat autolytic, bready nose along with aromas of chopped nuts, some green apples, a little bit of almond paste, light melon tones, hints of dandelions and a touch of something plastic. The wine is dry, medium-bodied and fresh on the palate with flavors of bright and tart citrus fruits, nutty autolysis, some tangy green apples, a little bit of steely minerality and a hint of yeast. The dosage shows a little at the tip of the tongue. Overall the wine is high in acidity with ample yet smooth and pleasantly soft mousse. The finish is quite long, tangy and steely with flavors of tart green apples, lean minerality, some apple peel bitterness, a little bit of key lime juice and a hint of chopped nuts.
  
  A sophisticated, fresh and quite structured British sparkler, but still perhaps a bit underwhelming in style. Shows wonderful freshness and acidity, but lacking in depth and complexity. This competes against the better-end Crémants, not against quality Champagnes - and at 29,90€ the competition really does not favor this fella.

  November 23, 2015 - Lemon fresh aromas and a light fluffy mousse. A light, fresh style with a real green apple character. Gains a bit of weight on the back of the palate, a bit like a freshly baked lemon cake. Maybe a touch short.

  December 31, 2014 - Dry and quite refreshing delivering tart apple and a bit of citrus. Nice bubbles and acidity. A decent sparkling wine but not quite worth the spend of 30 euros.
