February 22, 2020 - drank 1/2 without decanting and 1/2 after a day. really made a difference. no earthy funk either day (bad) but plenty of freshness on second day. probably time to drink up if you haven't already.

January 1, 2020 - decanted for 3 hours. mellow and balanced. black fruits, cassis and black licorice flavors in the first glass. flavors had softened by the 2nd and 3rd glass. others have said that this wine is past its prime, but I disagree. it might not be a great bordeaux, but its still running. drink up.

December 12, 2019 - Great QPR. Typical aged Bordeaux profile. Roasted cherry. Black currant. Earthy. Soft tannins, medium light body. Medium acidity.
