May 13, 2023 - Excellent nose - deep, strong wave of plum. Really, really nice.
Smooth, luscious mouthfeel. Well integrated tannins - there but not overpowering.
A little bit of pyroxene but it is really muted / calmed down for a Sonoma cab.
At 12 years old, this wine is drinking fabulously. If you have any left, consider yourself lucky! -

April 24, 2018 - Best of the Stonestreet Cabs that I have had. Just now the tannins have softened to show the fruit. Rich, but not overwhelmingly so. Only problem is the QPR. I think I can find many better bottles at 12 this price.

September 20, 2017 - This is a mediocre wine at best. At $85, you are kidding. I have had better $10 TJ wines. No way I will pay this for the level of quality. Very thin and with limited varietal character.

September 4, 2017 - A fantastic CS from high elevation, deep color, smooth for start to finish. Not the cheapest AV CS, but well worth the price of a bottle for a special occasion. It won't disappoint.
