May 9, 2019 - The grapes are sourced from several plots, the two most important of which are in the “Les Pins”(on the northern side of the village) and “Les Noirets” (on the southern side of the village) vineyards. Most of the vines are old. Approximately 1800 bottles are allocated annually to the USA. Elegant, fresh and cool nose. Pungent, ripe, red fruit with earth and flowers. Good precision and energy. The wine has real lift.

February 19, 2017 - Le vin est à point.
Son élevage est plus présent. En tout cas , il s'impose plus qu'auparavant et présente ses effluves de vieux bois.
Le vin a presque la sève d'un premier cru de Beaune et présente une belle allonge...

September 17, 2016 - De couleur violacée, foncée et plutôt opaque, le vin illustre déjà
la richesse et la concentration que l'on découvre en bouche.
Le fruit, proéminent et gras, exprime une rondeur un peu dans le genre nouveau-monde mais dans un enrobage très bourguignon, typique de Beaune.
À maturité.

July 10, 2016 - Un bourgogne, fidèle à la tradition du domaine, qui se boit tout seul.
Plutôt riche, rond à l'ouverture. Un peu fumé plus tard.
