  30min decant helped the slight sourness completely disappear.The tannins are fully integrated, the fruit has settled and is in a good place and the balance is very good.
  
  One bottle left - time to drink up :-)

  September 9, 2023 - This was like going back to a big bear hug from one of your mates or ordering the safe chicken Parma from your favorite pub. Old barossa shiraz. Still fruit left and tannins still present. It has gotten more 'together' after 2 hours so should go longer. For the price this is a great wine. Need to source some other vintage bottles.

  May 20, 2023 - Bold and intense flavors of ripe dark fruits, spices with a velvety texture. Opulence and power.

  February 6, 2023 - 2 hour decant. Good nose. Black fruit and some blue, tar. Balanced with the oak integrated. Has got a medium plus finish. Not a full on Barossa Shiraz, alcohol is a good %. Very enjoyable. Good fruit left. Drink in next 5 years.
