Bebido no último sábado, quase dois anos depois da derrota do país produtor, exibiu borbulhas bem finas e delicadas, de intensidade e persistência medianas. Presença marcante de boas notas fermentativas, tanto no nariz quanto em boca, com acidez e cremosidade médias e final médio-longo. Ficou devendo um pouco em textura e vivacidade, mas compensou entregando muito boa expressão aromática e gustativa. Bem harmonizado com japa food no restaurante Zūuk Sushi.

December 31, 2023 - Ours was the 2020 edition. Nice, fresh, quaffer with copious bubbles. Not terribly complicated, but delivers a lemon forward profile without over the top acidity. We drank it by itself so unable to judge how it would pair with food. A bubbly “bubbly”!

January 10, 2023 - Crisp but round. Decent bubbles, but short on yeasty creaminess typical of best champagnes. Still, this is a step up from their standard cuvées. (SA lounge, Singapore)

September 27, 2020 - My last bottle of the Russia 2018 branded Tatt. This one was excellent. Really rounded, rich and lively. Wonder where I can find some Euro 2020 ones...
