January 30, 2023 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, black pepper, smokey and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry, black currant and blackberry with a full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted one hour. Perfect wine with Chili Colorado on this cold night. Sweet cherry nose.

June 24, 2021 - 14.2% abv. Dark ruby, very expressive aromatics. Sour cherry, pomegranate, white pepper and eucalyptus highlight a deep, rich and long palate impression. Very enjoyable now, I have one more which I will probably drink over the next couple of years.

December 7, 2020 - Day one: Jammy and heavy on the nose, high tannin and acid. Not much distinguishable fruit character. Not super excited about it.
Day two: Black and blue fruit and still some jammy character on the nose. More earth and salinity. Still a lot of fine grain tannin and acid. Much more interesting second night. Perhaps could have benafitted for more cellar time. -
