May 21, 2018 - Nose has Hunter tropical elements to it, banana, pineapple, rockmelon, some blossom. Sadly though the nose is the best bit. Whilst the MLF is there with hints of butter and creaminess, it is outdone by an austere limey, flinty, underripe tartness to the plate, the tropical notes do not carry. The acid is dropping, the fruit is fading, drink now. Tad disappointing.
