  January 10, 2019 - rich cabernet and syrah blend from Provence. Plus 2007 was a hot year.
  Still some tannin left.Acidity is a bit low. Its drink now in my opinion. Nonetheless good wine.

  Dense opaque purple in glass, youthful 9 year old.
  
  Tar andsmoke with ripe black fruit on nose
  
  Smooth and peppery, black fruit turning meaty and mineral, with cab tannins onlycoming evident at end of bottle
