  October 25, 2016 - Solid unremarkable Douro. Perfectly fine but not knocking down any doors. More earthy than fruity. Not very tannic. Simple.

  November 23, 2015 - Este é um Douro de bom custo benefício, mas é um vinho para ser bebido bem despretensiosamente, pois não possui complexidade e profundidade dignas de nota. Seus aromas e sabores se resumem praticamente a frutas vermelhas, de qualidade não mais que satisfatória, tendo uma decente acidez refrescante e taninos leves. É o chamado "vinho honesto".

  August 17, 2015 - Weekly tasting group #180; A fully blind test. (@ My place): In the bouquet yoghurt and cherry impressions, but with some more air the nose improves. On the palate cherries and red berry fruits, some herbs and spices, firm acidity and round tannin. Overall a correct, but quite simple wine.
