May 2, 2021 - Not a very powerful nose. Medium body with prominent black fruit and a joyful splash of red cherries. Mellow tannins and a very harmonious good wine without the wow.

October 12, 2016 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #112; South Africa (@ RvD): In the bouquet red berry fruits and vanilla. On the palate chocolate, a firma amount of acidity and bitterness. Slightly sticky tannin. Less harmonious than the previous wine in the flight, but certainly an ok wine.

August 24, 2015 - Weekly tasting group #181; a mixed set of white and red wines. (@ CvR): Beautiful bouquet with ripe red and dark berry fruits and sweet spices. The same impressions on the palate. Some bell pepper and chocolate as well. Some mint and good oak. Juicy acidity and slightly sticky tannin. Still quite youthful. Waiting until approx 2018 will be rewarding. 89 – 90+ for today.
