October 15, 2021 - U Club NYC Selection. Pale golden color, starting to show some age. Nose is full of white stone, chalk, schist and mineral, some white flower as well, if anything a bit muted. The palate is still quite structured for its age. Very linear with more Stoney notes, hints of almond and nuts, nuances of oak. A more acid driven meursault, not fat and unctuous.
