February 5, 2021 - Champagne tasting Lunch. Next to the 2012 Moneral this was richer and rounder, almost felt like a classic blend. Had a nutty, brioche element to it. Popular at the table and most preferred it to the mineral, not me. I thought it was a close second but both Agrapart were stellar.

I start to become an Agrapart fan, austere but with a convincing juicieness. A few years of cellar aging gave him deepness and "roundness". Great concentration, filgree. Some grapefruit, black currant. Powerful but with the elegance of a fine chardonnay. Still young, no hurry but in a nice drinking window. 94-95 -

September 4, 2019 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Medium lemon golden to the eyes.
Golden orchard fruits like apples, zest peels and white florals.
“Very luxurious” on palate with perfectly judged acidity and minerality. Rich without excess weight and flavourful that matches the nose. Very enjoyable indeed.
93-94 points. -

February 12, 2018 - Very good again. Showed more grassy notes at start. Good depth and energy as before. Needs more time to integrate but probably best drunk from now till 2023.
