December 10, 2023 - Terrible compared to the first bottle. Sediment was extreme and actually in suspension. Not even sure a 5 micron filter would help this. Bizarre.

October 2, 2021 - There seems to be a ton of bottle variation with this one. Had two, obtained through the same channel. One was surprisingly delicious, another was unremarkable.

June 17, 2018 - Well stored bottle in great condition. Very expressive, full bodied but still good acidity. Black olive, exotic spice, and a bright meatiness. Could have held a few more years but drank great.

October 29, 2016 - Scholium retrospective with Abe.

March 15, 2013 - Perfect age for this one. See my prior notes generally, but I will say that I am catching overtones of bacon in the taste in addition to prior bouquets.
