January 5, 2016 - New Years Eve, restaurant bottle. Floral bouquet, with pastille scents. Fine, precise palate of pear, peach settling on the bottom and lime stretching out in the end. Very clean winemaking, with only a note of black licorice left by the wood barreling. Ready to enjoy now, but would gain density no doubt with more time.
