October 11, 2011 - This bottle is fully matured. Yellow fruit, anise, round. Good but not great.

March 27, 2011 - very light straw, palle yellow in color - very young looking. nose: lemon zest, spice, apricots, oranges. taste: oranges, meyer lemon, great tart acidity and balance. drink now or hold.

December 18, 2010 - Popped and poured; light gold with greenish hints. Rather restrained on the nose; on the palate, still quite crisp but with excellent depth and a full finish and completely dry. This bottle seems quite classically Puligny although the acid has decreased it still has a structure which one can never find in New World Chardonnay. This does fade and begin to show oxidative notes after an hour or so.

May 31, 2010 - Med gold; light yeasty nose tending to early sherry note( oxidative); thin body, a little tart citrus flavor, mostly impression of minerality; fast finish
