Second bottle this year, this came out more open and more like 2012'
whites ! the first bottle in May was more closed, It is heavy, fat creamy, lacks a bit acidity and not as great as it schould be, the nose starts a bit like D'Auvenay but falls in the glas ... lovely but not stunning ! -

July 19, 2016 - A rarity and one I enjoyed but this was in a way opened far too early in its life and will be much better in years to come. Closed and angular for the 1st 30 minutes it begins to open up to reveal a tight, citrus, minerally wine of persistent length and latent quality. A touch of oak but this should easily be absorbed by the depth of wine. It just needs time to blossom. Enjoyed at midnight in London in a jasmine scented garden with the temperature still at 30 degrees.
