March 21, 2017 - Has been a good companion. Lively, fragrant white. The Viognire lends fragrance to a nice blend, with the Chardonnay lending a bit of weight and the Sauvignon Blanc brightness and piquancy. Nice on its own or especially with food...pleasant and engaging.

December 9, 2016 - A textbook case of how blending multiple varietals can create complexity, much like a chorus of different voices can improve a song. The Sauvignon Blanc is strongly evident in the nose from a grassy odor and in the mouth with a cleansing citrus and edgy acidity. The Chardonnay has a controlling presence in the texture of the mouth feel that is rounded, bigger, and caressing. Finally, a subtle white peach most evident after the swallow is the classic fruit of Viognier, which also contributes a hint in the aroma and mouth. Overall, an interesting and delicious blend by itself and a versatile friend of a wide range of foods.

February 17, 2016 - Medium straw. Lively, fascinating mix of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. Nothing but fragrance and round edges -- not flabby or over-fruited, just classy in an informal way. Lychee is a good descriptor. Orchard fruit and light Asian spice with a mineral note. Very food-friendly.
