Community Tasting Notes 2

March 1, 2015 - Nose: Fruit driven, with apples and lime. Hints of grass, pineapple and white pepper.
Taste & palate: Fruity, dry (but not totally, 5 gr RS), medium light body, some minerals. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
All in all really a Riesling-GV mix, with smell and taste elements from both. A nice, fruity, uncomplicated and easy-drinking wine. Drinking very well now but should have potential for 2-4 years further cellaring.

July 27, 2014 - Dryish, fruit driven, delivering some ripe apples, citrus and a small hint of mineral. Decent acidity. Pretty nice.
