July 10, 2016 - Coravin pour. We were having homemade guaramole with pommegranates and wanted to see if sancerre (sauvignon blanc) was an ok pairing but the chip (food should taste good brand multi-grain chip) IS a great pairing, bringing out the spice in the wine.
Otherwise nice tropical fruit notes and quite a bit of mineral.

April 27, 2016 - As layered and classy as sauvignon gets. Viscous (for sauvignon) yet perfectly balanced and juicy. Lemony in the best way, bright yet rich - a perfect food wine. A little more complexity would raise the score (and may yet appear...)
