February 20, 2016 - Big and Bold Dinner @Shelter In the Woods (Greenwood Ave Singapore): Cream hint of caramel smoke line lemon and toast with cured apricots m. Pleasant structure and distinct finish. Modern burgs are becoming so approachable and consistent at young age and reflective of terroir. Stone, hint of charcoal and spiced turmeric enters as secondary flavours. Very nice for a village wine.

June 20, 2015 - Light straw yellow. Clear. Medium intensity. Nose is of medium intensity and contains pineapple, rhubarb and fresh grass. Slightly oaky with hints of vanilla and subtle nuances of toffee. Cloudberries and lemons. Palate has low to medium power and concentration. Too acidic and therefore unbalanced. Lemons are dominant on the palate. Added acidity?
Not fantastic, have tasted much more enjoyable BB's from 2011. Thomas Morey, Etienne Sauzet and Roulot comes to mind. Buy something else.
