July 13, 2019 - This bottle had turned to salad dressing.

December 23, 2018 - fruit has faded just a bit but that only gives it a bit of elegance. Still with good integrated tannins and good acidity. Modest secondary notes; This has aged well. Still great on day two.

January 6, 2018 - Garnet color. Nice nose of dark red fruits. Still lots of tannin here and bold fruit. Tasted on same night with '99 Fuligni which had significantly more secondary flavors. This wine has more good years ahead of it.

December 31, 2017 - Gorgeous wine. Oak is still noticeable, but plush. Must try to save last bottles for a while to see how they fare when oak fully integrates.

October 1, 2017 - Drinking beautifully now (after a decant for sediment.) Good fruit complexity. No hurry.
