  October 8, 2020 - No improvement from my notes 4 years ago. 4 hour decant and the wine is still unbalanced. Lots of alcohol on the palette, and fruit is very muted.

  March 9, 2019 - Wow, knockout wine. Initially we tasted this wine at the annual Harvest Party back in 2015 and I noticed that it was way too early to drink and I had to be patient. Especially as 2010 was a great year in Niagara. I'm glad we didn't drink this earlier. Upon opening it had a wondering nose. It had a slight sweet floral nose and upon tasting a complex medium length of dark fruits and cassis. I have 3 more and the only issue was that I didn't decant the wine earlier in the day. I would recommend decanting 2-3 hours earlier.

  July 17, 2016 - Medium body and finish. Out of the bottle this wine had a very strange astringent taste and nose, but after 2 hours this developed into a decent wine. Black and red berries and a hint of mint. Not my favorite style of cab but decent enough.

  March 22, 2015 - Tres beau vin ontarien, complexe, tendu. Manque un peu d'attaque. Prix un peu trop élevé.
