May 9, 2015 - This has fantastic potential! I found this to be very complex and well made. Although at this stage the heat of the alcohol is still prominent and somewhat of a distraction. The tannins are very smooth but still showing a touch of astringency, which can be easily resolved with food pairing. I will buy this again as soon as possible, but I won't open it until late 2017 at the earliest. 89 pts for right now, but it's too early to assign "official" points that count in CT. Someone else called this standard, but if they consider this standard then I want to drink the "standard" wine they are drinking.
