March 29, 2018 - De eerste van vier verschillende ‘Jasnières’ die vanavond geproefd gaan worden. De Jasnière is een klein gebied van 4 kilometer lang bij ca. 300 meter breed in het noord-oosten van het Loire-gebied. 100% Chenin Blanc die daar al z’n rijkheid en veelzijdigheid laat zien. Dit is een droge variant, maar desondanks al echt rijpe honingmeloen, goed goudgele kleur, maar nog steeds een goede mineraliteit in de balans (daarover straks meer in de Cuvée de Silex van Pascal Janvier). Nu perfect op dronk.
