March 13, 2022 - 85% Syrah 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), cherry, plum, chocolate and cedar. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. -
