February 2, 2016 - So I opened on Sun, to glass aperitif...this is not aperitif wine...nose is odd and absent food w/o serious air, I would almost say off putting...
On tues l had this wine with homemade cod cakes and it was really nice, completely different experience...
Do not drink this wine w/o food!
August 7, 2015 - Wild, crazy nose! Never smelled anything like in rose...almost seemed like the wine had been fermented in oaf w/funk...left open 1/2hr...Not enough...eventually funk blew off...taste was completely different than odd nose...a deep rose that would pair well w/food
May 13, 2015 - Not good. Dumped it.
April 7, 2015 - Electric color. Bizzare nose - lots of pine needles, resin and maybe a little bit of rubber tire. Nice medium body and a palate that's similar to the nose. Pretty good and an interesting experience.
