Community Tasting Notes 2

July 7, 2015 - Classic Savigny. Pure cherry fruit tinged with earth. It is round and plump in the mouth and cut by some spice. There’s generosity coupled with detail and the wine has good length of flavour.

August 1, 2014 - Tasted at winery. Nice nose of red cherries, flowers and some spices. Medium-bodied and fresh with medium+ acidity and medium tannin thats a little rough around the edges. Good length. Lacks a little bit in mid-palate, but give it another 2-3 years to soften.
