June 25, 2016 - Deep almost oxidized-looking golden hue; and a body that feels much weightier than the listed 12.5%abv. Minerally flavors of green apple and tangy grapefruit with light floral, and back-end acidity that energizes a medium finish. I’m digging the unique soils in the Quincy appellation and the interesting sauvignon blanc that grows there.
