December 4, 2014 - Monthly tasting club LTC 2014-08; A mixed set of red wines. (@ My place): For me this is a controversial bottle. Bought at the same day as a few other wines from this producer. This wine is supposed to be the best of the three. However in the bouquet there were quite many tertiary flavors like celery, currants, tea and chocolate. On the palate a concentrated wine with faint dark forest fruits, vanilla, a lot of chocolate, firm acidity but also quite reductive. Since I had only this one bottle, I can’t check if this is a mistreated bottle. No score.
