February 24, 2015 - Color amarillo bien brillante con unas suaves irisaciones doradas y gruesa lágrima. Fresca y buena intensidad en nariz con aromas de fruta blanca (peras frescas algo verdes), limón y suave recuerdo de pomelo amarillo, hierbas frescas del monte con toques de piedra caliza algo húmeda, sensaciones licorosas con limón (limoncello recién hecho), suaves recuerdos de mermelada de limón a medida que el vino se va oxigenando y suave toque de pimienta blanca molida y mineralidad de fondo. Buena entrada en boca con una marcada frescura en todo su recorrido, los cítricos se muestran muy marcados (pomelo amarillo y lima muy ácida), muy buena acidez, suaves tostados de la barrica que se muestran algo cremosos, untuosidad media, amplio y buen volumen y buena persistencia. Final largo, postgusto de fruta cítrica fresca y retronasal suavemente ahumado.

November 15, 2014 - A blend of 90% White Grenache and 10% Grey Grenache. 1/3 in oak casks. Rich potpourri, dried fruit, peach and soft spice on the nose. Light nutty and the softest kiss of oak on the palate, there is some decent weight on the palate leading to flavours of white chocolate, lemon, peach, garrigue. The more you drink the more noticeable the 30% oak becomes. A real Mediterranean white.
