April 4, 2020 - Definitely NOT meant for straight consumption, these bottles were the perfect base for homemade Limoncello. I did try a sip just to understand what 151 Proof might taste like ... it doesn't! Just a burn on the tongue and down the throat. However, I was really happy with the final results of the Limoncello following a recipe perfected by an online blogger: https://limoncelloquest.com/limoncello-articles/how-to-make-limoncello.
