July 17, 2018 - Light gold/ clear. Medium(+) aromas of honey/ quince, quite different than previous bottle tasted a year ago. Full palate of sweet pear/ quince. Medium acidity and great mouthfeel. Rarely disappointed with this grape - Altesse may be the most under appreciated grape around.

September 8, 2014 - Like melted lime sorbet. Fresh, taut, cooling. Medium body, medium/medium-plus acidity. Long, juicy finish. Nice texture, minerality. A delicious wine.

August 24, 2014 - 100% Altesse, related to Chasselas. Fresh apple and cidery aromas. in this appellation, they brag about the best vineyards having a lack of elevation. Here, they don't deacidify. Portion of the wine goes through ML. Palate is much more mineral than the nose, still apple sauce on the finish.
