  September 26, 2015 - Classic violets, mûre and black pepper. Round, supple and easy on the palate. After a few hours iron and meat evolve. The palate is tighter, more acidic, more structured. Excellent wine that has a healthy layer of baby fat at this stage and will certainly gain in interest in the next few years. Text book northern syrah.
