  August 27, 2023 - Pretty fine mousse, quite persistent. Sweet nose with peaches and pear. A little toast and flower blossom.
  On the palate it’s surprisingly sweet for a brut. Medium acidity and body. There are apple, pear, and even apricot. More butter toast as well. Quite simple but nice overall.

  May 14, 2023 - Light golden color. Clean aroma of day lilies and orchids. Nice effervescence on the tongue. Not too bubbly. Crisp taste of gala apples and lime. Quite refreshing. Good straight up or as a mimosa base.
