October 16, 2021 - Great wine that aged nicely. Inky black color. Very nice earthy smell. Taste of black fruits. Decanted for ~45 min. Would recommend to drink now.

January 2, 2017 - Unbelievably excellent. Completely unexpected. Had been stored properly by friends and the cork came out easily. Decided not to decant, because I thought it might fall apart with too much air. Let it sit in the bottle for an hour. Wine is still huge - dark in color, plenty of fruit, smooth finish. It can continue to age, but it's getting to be time to enjoy it.

February 22, 2014 - Great wine. Still very young. A beast. Great now but will improve for a long time.

March 17, 2009 - Still amazingly chewy/tannic, but alas the fruit has faded and the wine has become slightly bitter
