August 19, 2022 - Robe bourgogne foncée. Vin avec une belle complexité sur les mûres, bleuets, fruit et boisé. Décanté 1h, bonne acidité et astringence présente. Pourrait vieillir encore 2-3 ans. Bon accord avec le confit de canard.

January 9, 2022 - Dark hue - nose of black fruits, sweet spice and earth & herbs. Silky soft and not as big and weighted as I would expect from the color and nose. Soft and pleasing mouthfeel - decent finish - not as interesting / layered as I would have hoped. Drink now - 2025
