    April 19, 2019 - Agree with Bethel31 below. Upon opening it is flat and characterless. Only after a solid two hours did it begin to evolve, showing a typical chablis nose as well as a steely, oyster shell infused linear palate. It built weight and became much better but still seemed reticent. Maybe 2 days is the right amount of time? Somehow wines like this need instructions, so here goes: decant for two hours — or open for two days.

    February 25, 2019 - Open up only after a few days. On the nose, mineral and pear notes. On the palate, pear, apricot and a bit of mineral. Overall, light and may be better after a few more years.
