September 27, 2022 - A private dinner (Restaurant d'Oude Schuur, Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium): Tasted blind. Lovely definition, great minerally precision, playful, elegant and refined, but with a certain lack of structure and energy, soft and easy, and not readily recognisable as Raveneau - which is a rare occurence.
