  May 17, 2013 - This is a Chardonnay. Very distinct with a just a slight hint of Jura oxidation on top a fresh fruit with good cut. There is a great deal of complexity here and food is required to with this in my view. Good pairing with a few cheeses from Murray's in GCT.

  January 20, 2013 - A tiny bit of spritz when poured. Nose is an appetizing combination of fresh fruit - apple and sour orange or tangerine with some of its peel - with a good dose of honey, ginger candy, and somewhat restrained nutty oxidization. Similar on the palate, fresh apple and citrus, mineral/salt, plenty of refreshing acidity, and a good deal of caramel-honey richness, all wrapped up in explicit brown apple, nutty, briny oxidization that starts out a bit restrained but breaks free with air. Medium length saline-tart finish. Quite tasty.
