Community Tasting Notes 11

    June 7, 2015 - PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent pale orange pink
-quite expressive peach & other stone fruits
-med+ acidity kicks in late, surprisingly sappy and dense with strong saline note and a fading candied peach/watermelon, seems to have lost herbal note seen last year, decent length
-complex and serious yet still refreshing, drinking very well now, stellar value

May 30, 2015 - Drank this a long time ago (2014?). Just beautiful. Crisp, strawberry/cherry flavors, minerality in spades with nice lingering finish. Love this.

September 7, 2014 - Similar to prior bottle. Slight herbaceousness but pleasing fruit and energy.

September 1, 2014 - A blend of 50/50 Grolleau and Pinot Noir from biodynamic vineyards. Pale salmon color. Strawberries, mild citrus, minerals, rocks and minerals with a grapefruit pith ending. Nice long finish. Great acidity. Refreshing, but still complex and full of joy. What more can you ask of a rose.

    June 8, 2014 - PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent, copper/salmon
    -reserved aromatics
-med acidity not very apparent up front but sneaks in the backend, med- weight with med+ intensity, saline finish, as much savory as red berry/melon fruit in mid-palate
-very nice, remains fresh more than a year after release, excellent value
