Community Tasting Notes 2

October 29, 2017 - PnP with a little bit of a chill. Aromas of cherry, funk, mushroom, dirt, herbs. On the palate some fruit, funk, dirt, some harsher bitterness. Color is garnet with some fade at the edge and just the tiniest hint of orange. Lots of secondary aromas and flavors. Drinking before and with dinner of rabbit stew over cheese polena, baguette and an arugula salad. Everyone liked the wine.

October 22, 2014 - Pop, pour at the tasting room. Funky nose; in the mouth, fine cherry and darker berry flavors, mushroom, earth, spice. Fine tannins. 13.7%
