July 3, 2022 - PnP’d. Better than expected. Modestly bright red color. Earth, grass, and bing cherries on the nose. Fruit forward with some hints of spice. Nice texture and complexity.

August 14, 2019 - This is "les sept Vignes". 13% alcohol. Very good cork, with plenty of elasticity and a remarkably pale wine stain with no penetration; lovely smell off the cork.
The colour is light ruby, maybe not entirely limpid. Classic Gamay nose with redcurrant in evidence. The mouth is in the same vein, with significant acidity in the finish.
Very good especially given that the vintage was not the most generous, but not to be served to people who are averse to low pH wines.
A repeat purchase, but I am alarmed to see prices creeping up at this address.

December 1, 2018 - Consistently excellent wine, with a silky body and great structure; firm medium tannin, high acid. Berries, pine, and loads of minerality. While the structure is amazing, the wine is a bit backwards right now, so a couple more years...

November 22, 2018 - Nose of red fruit and pine. Cranberries, sap, and pine, with some salinity. Quite primary, with loads of structure, though still quite approachable now. Not as much early joy as some other vintages. Some would say I'm crazy, but hold.
